DPACI will perform testing and evaluation of EEE parts in accordance with applicable customer requirements, military specifications and standards. All test software, hardware, burn-in boards design and fabrication are performed in-house.

Any additional requested data will all be part of the variables and attributes within the Data Package we provide. Certification of test results along with our Data Package will be shipped to customer as deliverable

Starting with a customer’s parts list, procurement of material and value added services including purchasing, testing, qualification manufacturing and analysis will be performed as applicable in accordance with customer program requirements as addressed in all tasks described above herein. Deliverables include Customer Data Requirements, Test and Qualification Reports, DPA/FA Analysis and Certifications with parts. We are a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Certified laboratory and a DMEA Trusted Test Lab for MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-750, MIL-STD-202 mechanical, environmental, electrical tests performed in-house. From CAD designing to manufacturing printed circuit boards, our fixture fabrication department handles diverse operations to accomplish the most demanding tasks. We also integrate device sockets, connectors, and other electronic components with PCBs to support associated quality assurance testing effort.
